Raspberry and chipotle chili are an unusual combination that go surprisingly well together. Easton Reed Raspberry Chipotle Sauce combines a high proportion of raspberry purée with tomatoes, brown sugar, lemon, chipotle, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
The raspberry provides a clear, juicy fruit note, lemon adds a fresh accent, and chipotle adds a fine smoky note with a pleasant warmth. Ginger and cinnamon remain subtly in the background. As a result, the sauce tastes fruity, spicy, and slightly smoky – overall one of our favorite sauces.
