BBQ Ribs with Easton Reed Honey Barbecue Sauce
- 2 kg pork ribs
- Easton Reed Honey BBQ Sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Prepare the grill for indirect cooking and preheat to low-to-medium heat (approx. 120-130°C).
- Slow-barbecue the ribs over indirect heat until tender and easily pulling away from the bone (approx. 2-3 hours), turning occasionally.
- During the last 30 minutes, generously brush with Easton Reed Honey BBQ Sauce and continue barbecuing.
- Serve with extra sauce.
Grilled chicken with Rufus Teague Touch O' Heat BBQ Sauce
- 4 chicken breast fillets

- Olive oil
- Season chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper and brush with a little olive oil.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Grill chicken fillets for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.

Vegetarian BBQ vegetable skewers with Horseshoe Brand Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), cut into pieces
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into pieces
- 200 g mushrooms

- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Toss vegetables in a bowl with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Thread onto skewers, alternating pieces.

Spicy Honey-Chili vegetable and tofu skewers
- 1 block firm tofu, cut into cubes
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into pieces
- 2 yellow bell peppers, cut into pieces
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into pieces
- 200 g mushrooms, halved
- 1 pineapple, cut into pieces (optional)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bottle Easton Reed Honey Chili Sauce
- Wooden or metal skewers
- Prepare tofu: Cut the tofu into cubes and place on a kitchen towel to remove excess liquid. If possible, press lightly to make it firmer.
- Prepare vegetables: Cut all vegetables and the pineapple into pieces suitable for skewering. Place everything in a large bowl and add olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Assemble skewers: Thread tofu, peppers, zucchini, onion, mushrooms, and pineapple onto the skewers, alternating as you go. Ensure the pieces are evenly distributed so they cook uniformly.
- Prepare grill: Preheat the grill to medium heat. Prepare the grill grate by rubbing it with a little oil so the skewers don't stick.
- Grilling: Place the skewers on the grill and grill for about 10-15 minutes until vegetables are tender and tofu is slightly crispy. Turn skewers regularly for even cooking.

Baby Back Ribs with Easton Reed Ribhouse BBQ Sauce
- 2 kg baby back ribs
- Easton Reed Ribhouse BBQ Sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- 1 onion, sliced into rings
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 500 ml apple juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Season the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place onion rings and minced garlic on a large piece of aluminum foil.
- Place the ribs on top of the onion and garlic and pour the apple juice over them. Add the brown sugar and apple cider vinegar.
- Wrap the aluminum foil around the ribs to create a tight package.
- Prepare the grill for indirect grilling and preheat to low to medium heat (approx. 120-130°C / 250-275°F).
- Place the rib packages on the grill and barbecue for about 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, remove the ribs from the foil and brush with Easton Reed Ribhouse BBQ Sauce.
- Grill the ribs for another 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with more sauce.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
